Order By 2pm Monday-Friday for same day dispatch, orders over the weekend or bank hoilday will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times are 2-3 working days, Some items may take longer.
We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery, Some one will need to sign for the delivery, If your not in at the time of de;ivery, you can collect from your local sortting office or arrange redelivery.
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking details on, so that you can keep updated on the delivery status of your parcel.

Returns

Should you wish to exchange the product due to a fault, the replacement is sent at no extra cost for the customer as long as replacement is of the same value as faulty item. After receipt of your goods, we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your goods will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing. Delivery costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. Once inspected, Hardy Vapes will refund you for the cost of delivery if the item is any of the following; Incorrect, damaged or defective. Customers have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, up to 7days of receiving the order. Please make sure you contact us immediately should you wish to do this. If you decide that you do not want the product, the goods must be returned in a sellable condition, including all parts, in original and unopened packaging. The items will not be refunded if the items do not meet these requirements.
You will not be issued a refund for delivery of any unwanted goods, only faulty.
Tanks, RDTA, RDA, RTA atomisers and cartomizers cannot be returned if they have been used/built/filled due to safety and hygiene reasons.
E-liquids and Batteries are a consumable, we do not offer a refund or an exchange once purchased for hygiene reasons.
